This winter season 2024/25, the Flex Option will be reintroduced when purchasing lift tickets. The Flex Option has been offered in the past and is intended to allow our guests more flexible booking of tickets. With this option, if the originally purchased ticket is not used, they can book a new ticket and the amount of the unused ticket will be refunded to them by the Guest Care Team. The Flex Option costs a uniform CHF 5.00 per person and day for all ticket categories. The option can only be booked online (webshop, app). It cannot be booked at the mountain railway ticket offices. The Flex Option has no impact on goodwill cases in the event of weather-related closures/partial closures or accident/illness.
