EXPLORE
With the EXPLORE app function, you can find all information at a glance, whether via the search or quick links in your personal feed. Swipe up once and your personal feed shows everything that is particularly relevant for you in LAAX right now. Whether you’re looking for a bank, bakery or burger, the search function will help you discover your vacation destination in no time at all. You can also reserve a table in various restaurants or order your food with Mobile Ordering and pay with your LAAX points.
LIVE
The LIVE page is your guide for your stay. From the weather forecast to all open lifts and webcams, everything is clearly laid out in one place. You will also find our digital piste map and information on the operating times of all lifts. Our Premium is also at home on LIVE. This offers features such as the Guessing Game, information on the number of guests on the mountain and gatecams. The page concludes with information on the current snow conditions and the current avalanche risk.
SHOP
The SHOP is more diverse, personalized and appealing, with new products ranging from tickets to merchandise. We have placed a special focus on the configuration of your lift tickets and keycards for Flims Laax Falera, making this complex process a little more pleasant and easier. Now you can also search for products in the SHOP – whether it’s an E-Shuttle or Blueline upgrade, if it’s bookable on the app , you can search for it. Finally, you can now pay with your LAAX points in addition to major credit cards. Our tip: visit the SHOP occasionally and get inspired.
PLAY
Your playground, LAAX, unfolds under PLAY. As soon as you have connected your keycard and set off up the mountain, your personal LAAX adventure begins. Collect all the badges, ride as many days as you can and climb the leaderboard for ultimate glory and a big LAAX points account. Use the personal map to review the season and remember your best moments. You beat all your colleagues on the leaderboards anyway, don’t you?
PROFILE
You have all the important information about yourself in your PROFILE. Here you can add your profile picture and your name and tell us what you are interested in. You deposit your keycard to collect vertical meters, lifts and badges. In addition, you always have an overview of your means of payment and all transactions . And if you have any questions or feedback, you can contact our employees directly here using the feedback function. Just a few clicks and you’ve set up your LAAX app.
